In this case it’s all up to the developers whether more of them appear or not, so keep an eye out for when the game gets updated, and once it is updated, then you can go to the App Store or Google Play and download the update. If you somehow get so far into the game that the lunch box quests stop appearing (or that all quests stop appearing), then you’re going to be stuck waiting for them to come back. Cap quests will always be the most common, but lunch box quests will pop up every so often.
Keep on doing this until the cap quests start to give way to lunch box quests. As you complete them they will drop off of the quest lists, and more quests will pop up.
